From Brazil's Mogiana region, beans are sourced from the Cooxupé cooperative — hand-picked cherries, sun-dried before mechanical processing, delivering smooth, nutty notes with a touch of sweetness. The Colombian beans in the blend are grown by smallholder farmers and processed with care — fermented overnight and dried under solar panels — contributing vibrant acidity and fruity undertones. Together they create a blend that is smooth yet vibrant, with a well-rounded body and a refreshing, crisp finish.
