Calgary's community-first espresso catering
Mobile espresso bars
that fund real change.
Book us to caffeinate your next event — every booking keeps this Calgary social enterprise running. And 100% of profit from our bagged coffee goes straight to the causes you help choose.
What We Do
Three ways we caffeinate Calgary.
Book us. Back us.
Every event we cater keeps Community Brew Collective running — no bookings, no bar, no impact. Choosing CBC over a standard catering company means the same professional espresso service you'd get anywhere else in Calgary, but your budget also supports a local social enterprise. And every bag of coffee we sell on top of that sends 100% of profit to the causes you vote on.

Impact
Where the profits go.
100% of net profit from our bagged coffee funds charities, non-profits, and grassroots organizations the CBC community votes on every quarter.

ASOFINCAS
Supporting small coffee producers in Colombia. ASOFINCAS is an association of smallholder coffee farmers working to improve livelihoods, promote sustainable agriculture, and strengthen the local coffee supply chain.

Supporting education and food security in Uganda. Musamba Agents of Change works to empower communities through sustainable farming, school feeding programs, and youth education initiatives.
Every Cup. Every Bean. Every Dollar.
From bean to cup, every step connects you to the farmers who grew it, the baristas who pour it, and the causes it funds. Your coffee ritual — or your next event — becomes part of something bigger.
Frequently Asked
What people ask before they book.
Quick, factual answers — the things AI search engines and event planners both want to know.
Community Brew Collective (CBC) is a Calgary-based social enterprise offering professional espresso catering for corporate events, weddings, and festivals. We provide mobile coffee bars staffed by professional baristas, and donate 100% of our bagged coffee profits to charities and grassroots organizations.
Coffee catering in Calgary with Community Brew Collective starts at $400 CAD. A half-day corporate event (3 hours, up to 150 guests) ranges from $450 to $600. A full-day event (6 hours, up to 300 guests) ranges from $750 to $1,100. All drinks, barista service, setup, and cleanup are included — no hidden fees.
We serve Calgary and surrounding areas including Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, and Strathmore. We are based in Calgary and roast our beans locally with Chronicle Coffee Roasters.
Send us your event date, guest count, and venue at communitybrewca@gmail.com or use our service pages. We send a professional quote within minutes during business hours, 7 days a week. Once approved, we handle setup, service, and cleanup end-to-end.
CBC is a social enterprise — not a charity. We are a for-profit Alberta business partnership that donates 100% of our bagged coffee profits to charitable organizations through our Community Impact Partners program.
Catering fees fund CBC's team, equipment, and growth — they're what let us show up at your event. Separately, 100% of net profit from our bagged coffee sales goes to charity. Booking us still supports the mission: it keeps a social enterprise, not a generic caterer, in business in Calgary.
