A wedding coffee bar in Calgary with Community Brew Collective ranges from $600 to $900 CAD for 4 hours of service for up to 200 guests. The price is all-inclusive: every drink on our menu, a professional barista, full setup, and cleanup. No per-drink charges, no surprise add-ons.
Yes. Our baristas create latte art on request — rosettas, hearts, tulips, and free pours. Couples and guests love the show, and it photographs beautifully. We can also pre-stencil monograms or custom designs on cappuccino foam for an extra touch.
Absolutely. Chai lattes, matcha lattes, hot chocolate, and a curated tea selection are always included — all made to café standard. Hot or iced. We design the menu around your guest mix so the non-coffee drinkers feel just as taken care of.
We recommend 4 to 8 weeks in advance, and earlier for peak summer and fall wedding season in Calgary. Saturdays from June through September book up first. If your date is closer than that, message us — we keep a small last-minute window open.
Our mobile espresso setup fits a 6 by 4 foot footprint and needs one standard 15-amp outlet within 25 feet. We work in tents, ballrooms, lofts, gardens, and barns across Calgary and surrounding areas. Send us a venue link or photo and we will confirm fit before booking.
Most couples place the coffee bar after dinner or during dancing — that is when guests want a pick-me-up. A 4-hour service window typically runs from 7pm to 11pm, but we can scale earlier for daytime ceremonies, brunches, or all-day events.
